Arkadelphia is noticeably deeper than Warren. We will have to see how the match ups go. Warren is obviously the favorite to win, but I am not sure by how much.

Have you considered that maybe Stuttgart had a better chance of stopping a 2 point conversion. Either way 40-13, 41-13, or 42-13; is there really any difference?

Arkadelphia's offense was a power run game with the QB and Kosters, not a ton of speed out of either one of them. The power game is what will give the Birds fits this year with the undersized d-line. Warren doesn't have that power game but they have more weapons and speed than the Badgers.

As far as Gorman goes, he's looks like a decent QB, but you guys need to remember he's not Drake Jones. Yes, he took some sacks last night, but maybe nobody was open for him to throw it too. He just needs to learn to throw it away. Brown is your best option to maximize your running game at QB, stilll not sure what kind of passer he is, most games it won't matter though you should be able to run right through them. I would stack the box and try make him beat me through the air.

That said, I'm sure Bo will keep Gorman at QB because he's in love with the pass. With Cox and the other RB's y'all say are good I wouldn't even worry about passing until I had too.

I never considered that angle, but it does make sense. Either way, it just proves that we have a merciful coach.

Speed wise, I honestly don't think there is much difference in the 2013 & 2014 backfields. I think there is a huge difference in quickness and agility though.

They are both big clunky guys, I think they're faster than you think. I think first 5 yards slow, next 35 yards much faster. I would think in a 40 time they are a little slower than Oliver/Howell, but not by much.

I've seen Kostners win foot races to the endzone, and I've seen Blake run people down at safety. They're just not real shifty.

Well, my coaching skills may be a little rusty but sometimes you just gotta play it out like its a win or lose situation and see how the team responds to the pressure.  Just good practice.
