Impressive for Watford to hold on to win 1-0 being down a man.

AFC Bournemouth fails to capitalize on chances...again. They keep slipping down the table.

Norwich looks to be the best of the three promoted squads.

What a show Leicester put on to come from 0-2 down to take all three points against Villa!  A very dangerous team the Foxes.

Cristiano Ronaldo also put on a show yesterday finding the back of the net 5 times against Espanyol.

Chelsea wins today against Maccabi Tel Aviv 4-0.

Maybe this will get them back on track in the EPL.

AW, many are laying the blame at the feet of Ivanovic.  Is that a fair statement or is the entire defense to blame?

I think you can blame the entire defense as a whole.

However, I'm wondering if over saturation of talent is taking a toll on Chelsea. Sometimes too many egos will mess up the chemistry of a team whereas a team that is less talented but mesh together as a TEAM plays better than a team of all stars. I have been fearful of that happening at Stamford bridge. Having a lot of money to buy talent can be great, but it always comes with a price. Hope that makes sense.

I also think the loss of Petr Cech and Drogba is really taking a toll. Petr was an amazing goalie.

Good statement about team play.  Leicester and Swansea are prime examples.  Not a super-superstar in the lot, but teamwork is getting the job done for both sides.

Leicester could rack up a lot of points before November as Arsenal is really the only big team they play in the first half of the season until then.

Leicester City was down 2-0 last week and stormed back to win 3-2.

Can they do it again this week? Leicester seems to have lost the edge they played with during the first 4 weeks. After their loss to Manchester City, they seem like a team who has lost all confidence (at least in the first half).

I know Newcastle is pitiful but Aguero went for 5 goals and Man City is putting a whooping on them.

Good gracious.  Southampton cut Chelsea to shreds in the 2nd half.

What on earth is going on at the Bridge?!

I literally can not believe what I am watching when you see Chelsea this year. Is relegation calling?.... jk it won't or hasn't fallen that far.

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Just a couple weeks back, Chelsea was in 17th place. Still a long season. They could completely turn it around, hover where they are now, or end up in the bottom 3.

Swansea drew 2-2 with the Spurs today.

Juventus took down Bologna 3-1.

PSG is currently tied 0-0 in the 29th minute.

Decent weekend for my teams.
