The NCAA will never hand it down as a punishment again, but if a series of violations warranted the Death Penalty, Ole Miss would be the sure fire candidate for it (as would Baylor and North Carolina).

I would think in Baylor's case, if most of the accusations are found to be true, I would hope that they would more than likely voluntarily suspend their football program.
