You could be right, but I've seen Calico Rock and Viola and there is no way that CR is ahead of the Longhorns of Viola.

Always love these fun polls.

Just wondering ... what's the thinking on Taylor and Viola being in the top two spots? (Other than reputation). There are other teams that got farther in the playoffs last year than Taylor, teams that I've heard return most of their players. And I thought Viola lost their pitcher/catcher combo from last year (could be wrong about that).

I'm not doubting that these teams could be the best in 1A, just wondering what their "claim to fame" is, so to speak.

I know that this is just your opinionated poll, but have you watched all of these schools play?  What are you basing this pill off of?  Level of play- A classifications, playing ranked teams from other opinionated polls, win loss records?  I just don't get how you come up with this when I do not see post from 80% of the schools in the state about who they played, what level, how they finished in tournaments, and their records!!  Heck 90% of the conferences didn't even put conference records or district tourney results.   Just curious

Scrantons recoed is 29 & 7. Two of those loses is to 6a greenwood (in extra innings) and 6a sheridan (6 to 2 )who are playing in the 6a championship game. Other loses to 4a ozark 4a gravette 3a lamar 7a springdale harbor.
