Scrappers in cruise control till playoffs now.

Watched Malvern's game against Robinson. I'm impressed with Malvern. Seems like they've had an up and down season, but they look to be playing pretty good right now.

Lumberjackfan1978

Malvern hasn't a chance scrappers by four touchdowns

THE D.O.C

Malvern is going through a transition period with a few things, they've had injuries too. It's been an up and down season and the schedule really tells the story.

~WPS~

Jimerson is starting to look better at QB. Now that Shaw is back Malvern has 3 legit runners. Reminds me a little of Nashville last year. Malvern just doesn't have the same level of line play.

Part of the early problems was the line play, they've done some moving around and looking better as of late. Last two game really show positive signs.

I got to watch Nashville this last week at Mena. Very tough team. They will be resting players the next two weeks but should still be in the mercy rule. Where did this new coach come from?

Jimerson only has 11 rushing touchdowns.  Did someone forget to tell him the 'Madre Hill rule' doesn't apply in high school?

What's your point, he threw 5 td pass last week alone.

This was a statement about how the QB isn't running for TDs

Look A Here

Malvern can be dangerous and they can be a push over( ask Mena) but I think they play tough against Nashville.  Don't see a blowout could come down to final minutes(ask Robinson)...

He could very well break all those records in the first half vs Bauxite..

Gonna be a brave new world without Hopkins and that oline next year.

Always the skeptics.  Just like loosing the "best QB and DE in the state" last year.  The big question was what would the offense do without Snell?  How about get better!  Look at early posts this year when ever someone said this Offense mat be better than last year.  People came out and said no way, just wait until they play somebody.  Well the scrap just about ran the whole 7-4a, arguably the best conference in the state and led the state in Scoring the whole way.  Silenced those critics.  Now we start up about next year and there is still 6 weeks left of football in this year.  I'm sure someone will be able to make a hole and score a TD for us next year.  We return a RB who has rushed for about 2000 yards, our 2 leading wr's, our qb and several OL who have played quite a bit of meaningful snaps this year.  I understand that everyone needs to talk about something.  Let's let this year end then we can all become doubters and skeptics of next year.

If Coach Volarvich is going to lose a game it's going to be next season. I don't know how you could replace all five O-Line starters and maintain. Although it seems like you guys just reload every year. I think you guys leaned a lot heavier on Snell last season, but now Hopkins is putting up record type numbers behind that line.

313 yards in the first half!

~WPS~

I've seen reported elsewhere that he had 313 in the 1st half. 319 was from the teams official stats. He didn't have a carry in the 2nd half so he had to have had all 319 in the 1st half.

Not bashing you...just in general

V has shown himself to be an elite coach. However we lose the entire oline including arguably the best player nashville has ever produced at lt. And hopkins might be the best back ever from the ville. its hard for a program at any level to overcome losses like that and win a title.
