I wasn't in my post. Will be interesting to see how they match up. Was referring to CAC girls & Baptist boys or BVSS. They may be a year away tho..

Oh that wasn't meant to be addressed to you - just a general notice since I haven't heard much chatter about the Southerners. I've been really curious to see how they'll do in the postseason...there are a lot of teams having down years in their blended conference so it's hard to judge. Either way, they'll be really scary these next couple seasons.

Definitely not this year. Played flat & ESTEM was up for the game.

surprising that a team you are not supposed to sleep on played flat, was not up for the game and couldn't make it out of district.

Southside was starting five sophomores last time I saw them. I'm surprised it happened this early but it's not exactly shocking they fell flat against a more experienced team.

Is the big guy back and well? I really enjoyed watching him the one time I have seen him play in person. He just so smoothly has a multitude of moves in his offensive arsenal and able to shoot wherever he wanted when I watched.

If #10 for Lonoke doesn't foul out, Lonoke may very well have won.  That was a very good game

SS Batesville will be back next year. If Estem wouldn't have got caught for playing with a ineligible player they would've met in the semifinals instead of first round since AAA came down on them and made them forfeit a lot of games and got the #7 seed and Estem was not a #7 seed. SS didn't play their best game and got outplayed and beat. Bright future ahead next 2 season and they have freshman talent coming up and have a 6'9 player that will be ready to play next season so watch out.
