New Contact Rule

If the new contact rule passes it will effectively end the JV Game schedule as we know it. Each player will only be allowed to play tackle football three days per week (includes games); consequently, Friday counts as one day, Tuesday and Wednesday count as days two and three. Since most teams need their JV players to prepare for Friday night, most schools will be forced to cancel Monday night JV football games.

Most Small Schools only practice full contact on Tuesday and Wednesday, but I think most coaches will manage around the JV games since they aren't that important....

this rule will mainly effect the larger classes....I don't know if any 2A schools that play  a JV roster..

I just posted a similar comment on the 6AA thread, and your right, most of the AA schools dont have a B team anymore.

Some dont even have enough to do a scout team.
