When was the last time PA had a final be this close? Lol

I did a quick look through PAs fearless page and unless I overlooked one, it looks like their last close game was when Morrilton beat them 57-50 back in 2013 I believe.

Maybe in state. But not out of state opponents.

You're right. I checked again. Highland from Texas beat them by 6 in 2014

You finally woke up Blue. Any new Rouse's, Chambers, Jackson's in the PV bloodlines playing these days??

Bad mistake Veagles lol.   But you know the talent pool in LR is there and with Bolding there we will see players transferring in very soon lol

East also at some point.

PA Bruin Fan

PV played a great game and is clearly well coached.  PA o-line didn't Block, defense didn't finish tackles, and QB kept throwing to the wrong team.  Not exactly a recipe for success.  Next practice will likely be brutal.

PA Dad

Quote from: JessieP on October 15, 2017, 04:23:15 pm
I nominate PA Dad for the Bobby Bowden Award. When Bowden was HC at Florida State he was notorious for his press conferences, beat reporters were trying to contain the giggles as Bowden would spout how FS was overrated, how they were primed to be beat. It didn't matter if they were playing Harding Academy, Bowden would talk at length about the other teams strengths and FS weaknesses. He was always worried. One of his most famous quotes was when ask about being a 27 point favorite the day before a game with North Carolina, he said "Anyone who bets on us and gives even 3 points is a G-dang fool, I can give you one sure bet, I won't get a wink of sleep tonight". FS won by 41 points. Mind you Bowden never believed his own tripe, he was that all-time master of selling wolf tickets.

On a side note, when Bowden uttered the "I won't get a wink of sleep tonight" a Tallahassee print columnist had the greatest sarcastic comeback ever. He said "Maybe Mrs. Bowden is making beans and cabbage for dinner".

Well, was I right?

In Wyoming. When PA travels, I travel. 👊
Some games you just can't wait to be on the opposing sideline for.
Next Friday will be one.
There's some kinks in the armor fellas.
Time to take advantage. And McClellan can and will.

Chirp, chirp, chirp. Crickets.... What's wrong Bruin fans? Patriot got your tongue? LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!!!!!

Let's all stop talking about Pulaski Academy football moving uo to 7A and stop playing the what if game. You guys aren't very good at it. Last night was a heavy dose of reality for the PA faithful and there is more to come. The Bruins REALLY need to focus on beating all their 5A opponents first! For realz.....

Jackson's bloodline went to the Senators.  Probably would have stayed at PV if they had the coach they now have or if Sam Goodwin had never left

IF somehow, they can get their facilities in order and MAYBE GET SOME PARENTAL/community support....watch out.

The talent will find its way to the school off of John barrow.

PA's OLine was dominate and one of the best Lines in 5A. Was very impressed with the OLine from PA.

This DOG has had many days and there are more to come! PA needs to focus on their 5A schedule like I said before. They would compete in 6A and 7A, but not week in and out throughout the playoffs. The lack of depth and injuries are a deadly combination.

GO BULLDOGS!!!

It looked to me like the line judge called the 2pt conversation good, but the ref called it no-good.  Right after he announced it the refs met and discussed, and then signaled good, but never told the crowd for some reason.
