7AA West District Tournament Finals

If you didn't go to Springhill last night, you missed 2 really great junior high games.  In the girls game, Dierks defeated Murfreesboro in a thriller.  Murfreesboro was looking to repeat as the conference girls champions, but the Outlaws held them off in double overtime.  In the boys game, Foreman was also trying to repeat as conference champs, but the Blevins Hornets were able to beat them in a close game. 

All 4 teams showed up and played well.  The coaches and the players were prepared and left nothing in the bag.  The gym was rocking (one-sided Springhill gym makes it interesting).  I'm glad I was there to see these 2 great games.
