The big guy from TC had 36 points. Seemed like 50 and probably would've been close to 45 if he had hit all his FTs. He can play just not a ton of help. Should've come to Emerson

Looks like there are 3 pretty good teams in that district, Shirley, Concord and Westside.  Do you think those three along with Guy will come out of that region?  Is there much chance that any other team from Guy's district would make it out of Region?  If they finish district tournament in that order then Guy would likely play Concord in Region.  Much chance of an upset there?

If Concord is shooting like they are capable of they are hard to beat. But they are either on, like they were last night, or off, like they were against Nemo. There is no in between! They are a pretty good group. Better team than they were last year. TJ Richardson is the best player and he is a 6'5 point guard. He is the only member of the state championship team from two years ago. Then there is David Kuebler, a 6'2 or 6'3 post player. He's new to Concord this year and has great footwork. Both of them are seniors, and both of them can play some ball.

Sounds like Regions 3 &4 are the tough ones, and likely Bay/Izard and County Line/Western Grove will have a pretty easy time of it in the Region1 and Region 2 tournaments.

Never doubt a Keith Cornett led team. He and his team's have had much experience in the postseason and are always playing their best ball come March.

They are much better than last year but not one bit better than any of the other 7 or 8 teams besides Guy of course. Didn't they lose 3 in a row last year and 4 of last 5. But that was last year!

Last year's team wasn't supposed to make it to state. MVE ran the clock on them early in the year and then Concord turned around and beat them by one to make it to state. They're were plenty of teams that didn't make it that far that probably should've last year: MVE, Shirley, Bradford, among a few.
