NorthArk Tournament at NorthArk College in Harrison 12/31 - 1/7. This tournament isn't what it used to be, but there should be some good match-ups for both boys and girls in the later rounds.

Interesting that the 1 seed on the girls side has to play at 8:30 a.m. with the boys 1 seed playing around noon.

Not sure of all the scores but ones I recall seeing were Norfork girls over Bruno 77-9 ,  Yellville Summit girls over Western Grove 61-42 and Jasper girls over Viola 66-22.

Nofork over Yellville girls. I watched this match-up back in November where Norfork won by 7. I don't think Yellville girls are good enough to handle red hot Norfork.

Jasper over Omaha girls. I haven't seen Omaha girls but have watched Jasper play several games and they are a good team. I believe Jasper topped Omaha easily earlier in the season.

Honestly I think the boys games will be a toss-up. Omaha and Alpena are both talented and familiar with each other. Cotter boys have posted some impressive wins, and Highland beat a talented Marshall team to get into the semis. I couldn't pick one way or the other for these two games.

I don't think Alpena and Cotter have played. This is the third time Jasper and Norfork girls have played.

They haven't.... Alpena has won 7 in a row, including the last two over deer (16-2) and Omaha (14ish-5ish)... Who I would have had in my top 10 before this week

Don't know details...But the last two teams they've played and beat(Deer and Omaha) had an argument for being the best two teams in that region...Now Alpena appears to be getting hot and won their last 7 games

Alpena did not miss.  Shot the lights out. And Omaha never showed up. Alpena beat them in overtime the last time.

The most exciting girls game had to be Omaha and Bergman going to two overtimes.  Almost three.

In several years of basketball watching, the Bergman and Omaha girls games was definitely one of the most exciting good games to watch.  Definitely in that tournament and in a long time.
