They have played some VERY stiff competition and it hasn't been pretty.

Well to play horrible and only loose by 10, is a good sign.  Hopefully these non conference games will work out the kinks and let the boys move towards their goals.

Hughes is down this year...we beat them by 24 playing the entire bench.  However they were our first game and probably have improved some...and y'all haven't been off football as long as we have lol.

In the first half Hughes couldn't miss from three pt land or anywhere else.

Hughes does well when the game is close or they lead but if they get down they unravel...get mad and make mistakes.

Hughes shot lights out the first half.  I do not think they missed a basket, including threes from thirty feet off the glass.  It was an entertaining game with all the dunks.

We played Stuttgart again Monday night and they must have had instructions not to let us dunk on them because almost every time we went up for one they caused an intentional foul lol.  We still got a few in though.

  Just wish we had the old middle school Gym... Keeping people off the floor was so nice.

From a fan's view point yes, but having kids, and dealing with crowds old Gym was perfect.

England boys have a pretty deep team this year, lots of talent but still look like they will need to get into basketball shape.  Was surprised how well they shoot from the perimeter. Touch usually takes a while to transition from the football field. The boys have some firepower, this year. Playing the big schools in preseason and summer looks to have helped them. Guess we will see what the 5 really has through the season.
