Kids should tough it out but some of these districts lay in area's where their are choices. A kid can live in Rivercrest school district and live 5 miles to OHS or 20 to RHS. The state has opened this can of worms. Can't blame 16 year old kids.

Nobody knows what the word adversity is anymore. The first sign of it and they automatically think run/transfer/leave. No one knows how to overcome it. This goes for kids, parents, coaches alike.

If I am honest with myself, I blame the parents and coaches the most. The kids are still learning and need good role models to look up too.
