Salem Girls did Beat Sloan-Hendrix last night 56-43 and are now actually 10-1 in the Conference (15-3 overall) - Only Conference loss is to Tuckerman who also has only one Conference loss (to Sloan) - the two will meet @Salem on Feb 4th to make up last week's Postponed Game - that will be Salem's last Conference Game - I believe Tuckerman has two games remaining at this point.

They do, they still have to play Midland and Walnut Ridge and then the game at Salem.

Ok - Then they have 3 games left as of now - they should handle Midland & WR easily so Conference will come down to the last game at Salem. Our Greyhounds play tenacious defence but have not shot the ball well at all. Surprises me how they end up with around 60 pts all the time but they seem to - should be a good game - If Salem wins and they tie with records, what determines the tie breaker? Points against each other? They beat us by 17 at Tuckerman.

England 19-2 (7-0) after win versus Ouachita last night
England Girls are now 20-2 (8-0) after the win against Ouachita on 1/26/16. For Conference they have beaten Magnet Cove x2, Ouachita x2, Mt. Pine, Mt.Ida, Poyen, and Cutter Morning Star. I get a little confused on the overall season record since one game was a benefit game. Not sure if that one is suppose to count or not in their record, but it was a win. [/s]

Yeah, that sounds correct to me - we had one 6 pt win vs Sloan and all the rest have been by more than 10 so to share the conference Championship we'd have to beat them by at least 10. Not sure how they would then seed them in District but not a real big deal I guess except that Sloan would be about the only team that could maybe beat either one of them all things being equal. Should be a good game but won't be easy to get them by 10 unless we shoot the ball better than we have been although our conference scoring average has been 63.4 pts pg and that includes only 32 against Tuckerman the first time

Will work on these this weekend...and for what it's worth y'all are awesome for continuing the uodates
