I don't know I would call her an ace, but she will be the main pitcher since we only have 1 Sophomore and 2 Freshmen to back her up, but you never know at El Dorado.

Crossett lead 3-1 going into bottom of 4th. EL Dorado catcher lead off with a solo homer then the Lady Cats took advantage of several errors and took a 6-3 lead.

She goes to Shannon Gamewell at extra innings in little rock for lessons. This past sumer she played some for the Rascals, which I believe used to be the Roughnecks. She really struggled in district and regionals last year due to an injured back, but has really worked to improve over the offseason.

Pangburn led 4-3 in the 6th, but 2 big errors let heber score 4 and take the game. Not a good defensive showing by Pangburn. Too many mistakes. Heber has a ton of speed and made us pay.

Thanks!  Looks like the back issue has worked out. Hope she continues to do good.   I see a lot of players during the summer in NE Ark. I didn't know if I had seen her before or not.  I saw a young lady for Rampage pitch last summer but I'm not sure which High School she attends. I think a lot of those girls were from Bryant.

All games played in the El Dorado Ladycat Classic. The final 2 were great pitcher's duels by two girls who have been good friends for a long time. Sorry I don't know many of the other scores for the weekend, but it was a good weekend of softball.
