Lol, y'all are just mad because midland came in and won the conference and killed everyone last year

Region 3 will be tough once again. Concord, SSBB, MVE, West Side, Wonderview, and Nemo all return their pitchers from last season. Concord returns 7 out of 9 starters from last season's state finals team (Were 3 sophomores, 3 freshmen, and a junior), while adding two 5-tool players. Nemo transitions well from basketball to softball and will be good, and while Bee Branch and West Side both lost key players to graduation, they cannot be counted out due to their experience. Also, Scranton returns most of their state finals team I believe, and Viola, Armorel, Calico Rock, and Taylor are always in the postseason running.

1. Concord
2. Scranton
3. Nemo Vista
4. Armorel
5. Calico Rock
6. Taylor
7. Viola
8. South Side Bee Branch
9. Mount Vernon-Enola
10. West Side Greers Ferry

Looks ok but Scranton only lost 2 players as so they gotta be one. Have heard Jasper will be good as well.

I saw Nemo play last week. They put a beat down on Clinton. They are very good. So I would say that Nemo is quite a bit better, they are better at the most important position. Mark it down the champs will have a school taking home two rings. I will say the area softball pretty darn good though. Rose bud may dethrone Bald Knob they are scary good, Nemo is like I said nasty best team in1a, Quitman is someone not to be take lightly, Concord a top 3 team in 1a, Heber a top 5team in 4a and Pangburn also could make a run.

justin1a2

havent seen the bracket yet but it is my understanding that concord and nemo are both in the heber tournament next weekend

justin1a2

I should have the bracket tomorrow. Nemo and concord are in it and calico is in it but elected to play up. I can only imagine if all 3 were in the same bracket

NEASPORTSFAN

Should be a good one then. Haven't seen Nemo play, but i'll take your word on it. Yes, quitman is very good too. Pangburn had to play perfect defensively to win that game 2-1. Heber has great speed.  Concord has a ton of sticks. Rose bud is loaded as well as bald knob. The softball in the area is better as a whole than its ever been.

Quitman got run ruled after 5 by Hector. 12-2. But these are 2a teams

NEASPORTSFAN

Not surprised Hector won, but a little surprised by the score.

Bald Knob-8 (15-0)
Concord-4 (13-1)
Concord led this one 3-2 in the 3rd inning. I believe this is the most runs BK has allowed this season.

justin1a2

Nemo Vista beat Concord I believe 5-2 in finals of Heber Springs tournament

justin1a2

I haven't seen Armorel, Scranton, or Taylor, but I have seen the rest of them and top 5 maybe 6 are pretty even.  Big drop after that.

sports_lover

Scranton beat Greenwood tonight.
