Those are usually determined by the AAA in January or February.

What happened to the rotation of championship game times being rotated? 4A played at 11 am two years ago, then last year played at 1 pm, and now its back to 11 am. Should it not have went to 3 pm?

Later times are typically reserved for a higher level of play. No underhand serves allowed.

2013 AAA website says the classification that is last moves to the earliest slot
the next year and all others move one slot later. 7A was last game last year.  Instead of moving teams up, they moved them down.  Go figure.  Maybe it changed from last year.  Beats me.
