I saw on Twitter that the NEA tournament has decided to add consolation games that will be played at Brookland this year. This could be a shot in the arm for an historic tournament that has lost some luster over the years.
2 game minimum or 3?
I'm not sure how many games a team will be guaranteed. The Tweet did not go into that much detail. I would think there would need to be another site on top of the Convo and Brookland if there was a 3 game guarantee but who knows?
2 game guarantee, 3 divisions not based on school size
So what's the divisions based on?

Whether or not you wanted to play Westside. AKA Manila.

😂😂😂
$8 to get in to thing thing. Combined with a dwindling field of competition & concession prices that are overpriced, it's hard to see the NEA continuing much longer.
It was such a great tournament until the powers that be quit letting teams in after they pulled out for a year. Now they can't field a decent tournament and would take any team willing to travel to the Convo.
It was the biggest crowds ASU could pull for an entire season too.
