How many Schools in 4a have or will have turf in 2016?

Newport does have turf, but will be in 3A next year.

Thanks I was wondering if it was approaching 50% of schools yet. And there are some schools that do an excellent job with their grass and don't need it like Pocahontas. I thing as the price continues to drop for turf it will become more and more prevalent.

Getting turf had nothing to do with our grass not being in great shape every season. It was just taking so much work to keep it in good shape. Turf will make home game prep a little easier with not painting and mowing.
