almost left the boys game at the half when wonderview was up eighteen. so glad i didn't. mve 61 view 59 final in overtime

WS girls and boys won tonight. My prediction was wrong. Boys won by two and girls won by double digits.

I can't remember the last time I saw an intentional foul called with 7 seconds on the clock. And I don't think I have ever seen an intentional foul called for grabbing a player's shirt with 7 seconds left.

Yeah. About all fouls in the final ticks are intentional but rarely called.

Say partner, what happened in that boys game? 

Mve found some magic and outshot Wonderview in the Second half...and the DareDevils didn't hit ANY of their free throws from about 6 minutes left in the 4th until MVE had taken the lead. They seriously probably shot 10 FT's during that stretch. MVE is in that group of teams that could get hot and surprise someone(like tonight), mix in a little luck and consistent shooting they could win a game or 2 at state....of Course J.D told me that on their worst nights MVE isn't good enough to make region...so who Knows?

Like I told you, there are nights that happen like what happened with Nemo at the GFLC Finals. 

....Then there are nights they can beat anyone. 

It's been pretty fun this year and should get better as we get closer to the postseason.
