As usual, I'll try to provide the major plays and whatnot.  Opening kickoff goes to the Bulldogs.

Bulldogs march down pretty easily until they got to the DeQueen redzone, where the defense stiffened a bit.  On 4th & 6 from the Leopard 17, they bring in Joseph Failla for a FG.  Dogs lead 3-0 with 8:33 to go in the opening quarter.

Dogs force a quick three and out, drive deep into DeQ territory, then fumble a pitch and the leopards recover.

After an exchange of punts and an interception by the Bulldogs, WH scores early in the 2nd to take a 10-0 lead.  11:35 remains in the half.

Leopards slip a receiver loose in the corner of the endzone.  Bulldogs lead is trimmed to 10-7.  8:42 left in the half.

Bulldogs come right back and score on their next possession, fake the kick and convert the 2.  Dogs lead 18-7 with 6:08 left in the half.

Leopard RB squirts through and runs about 77 for a TD.  XP no good.  Dogs lead 18-13, 5:47 left in this quarter.

Bulldogs drive down but stall in the red zone, again Joseph Failla comes on and sends one through the upright to give the dogs a 21-13 lead with :33 left 'til halftime.

....and then Failla makes the touchdown-saving tackle on the ensuing kickoff.  We're lucky to have that kid

First series of the second half, Leopards drive down and score, convert the 2 to tie it up.  21 all.

Bulldogs come right back and score, XP good, they lead 28-21 with 6:03 left in the third.

DeQueen runs it in for a TD.  They're playing a lot of read option that's giving our defense some trouble.  They go for 2 and don't get it though.  Dogs lead 28-27 with 2:39 left in the quarter.

Exchange of punts, then the Bulldogs go 55 yards in 2 plays, get the TD+1, they lead 35-27 with 10:42 left in the contest.

Leopards got WH to bite on the play action, tossed a 25 yard TD.  The 2 point conversion attempt is no good, dogs maintain the lead 35-33 with 8:47 left.

Bulldog TD, Failla hits the XP and this is a two possession ballgame, 42-33 White Hall. 4:30 remains


...and then he onside kicks and recovers it himself.  Way to go Joseph!
