Is there such a thing as a low scoring game between these two?  Rather than predicting the score, I'd rather look at the over/under on how many onside kicks might be attempted?

It would be up to the defenses, but It's in the realm of possibilities.
Greenwood and PA are both well known for their offenses and have playe some great games.

2009 21-14 with it 0-0 at the half

Even though both teams are great and have playmakers able to make huge plays, if the D can step up, it could be low scoring.
