They start ball early because of no football. They get Kirby in a few weeks in Hendrix gym in Conway.

Valley looked good. I don't think they lost very much honestly they will be a contender in their running as well. Valley isn't ever going to be bad at basketball they have a great coach and they start those kids early . They are still as good as they have been .

Nevada was led my sophomore guard Keyonte Coleman with 33 and 6'5 Freshman big man Kobe Edwards with 14. Nevada will rely on a lot of youth this year. As of right now they are not a top 5 team IMO.

We are in state tourney every year in:
Basketball-boys and girls
Softball
Track
Cross country
Volleyball
Usually baseball
Archery goes to nationals
Golf and tennis both usually make state also.

WCC won 34 games starting 4 somphmorea last year and added a kid that has always lived in our district and transferred back this year he is real good!so it was a big win for Concord congrats to them!And we will be a contender!

wcc can't score that was their problem last year and continues to be a problem.

We out scored 34 teams last year our style of play isn't going to be high scoring.jacksonville lighthouse scored around high seventies only scored 40 something when we beat them.we play great team defense. And Concord played a heck of a game my opionion is we would beat them most of the time but they played great and have a great coach!

I think we might of over looked them and we should not have if they play with that intensity they are going to be tough. This is kind of team Cornett could do some damage with.

I got a good one my grand daughter is in kindergarten at Concord  and I graduated a long time ago from WCC and she told me the pirates ate the bears and all I could say was yes they did!
