Officially the Cross County score is 1-0 (forfeit). For playoff purposes, they are awarded 13 points for the AAA tiebreaker.

The official score would be 2-0.  2 is the lowest amount of points that can be scored on a non PAT play.  Which is what they go by, I believe.

That's why I thought it was 1-0 - to represent that the game wasn't played

BrianfromCarlisle

I may be wrong, but I do believe that it is 2-0. I think they score them using the lowest outcome possible, which is 2-0

playmaker04

Lol,1-0,2-0,13-0 it sux whatever it is. Would like to be playing.

High School and NCAA play are considered 1-0 forfeits in football. Because of tiebreakers, the AAA has said the winning team will be credited with 13 points, but that is to settle ties, not to be used as a final score.

NFL score, by the way, is 2-0.

Basketball is 2-0, Baseball is 9-0 (because HS is 7 innings, some may use 7-0 and I am OK with that), softball is 7-0.

Why would they use a score that is not at all possible?  I have never heard of that.  Where did you see this rule?  I have only ever heard of 2-0. I'm not disagreeing, by the way.  I would just like to see the rule.  It seems odd to use that score.
