How has Maumelle looked this summer ?

I haven't been able to get much of a look at the high school team yet, but the 9th grade class has looked very good.

The high school team should do well, but I would expect some dropoff from last year just because we lost a really good senior class.  That said, Coach Farr has a lot of talent to work with, and we should be in the mix for the conference title again.

Farr gets his kids to work hard. Shold be able to compete,

I think so. Throw in Robinson in the mix too. Going to be a fun year.

Yep, we had an open date in week 2 due to North Pulaski no longer having a team, so we're going to be traveling down to Shreveport (I think) to play the Neville Tigers.

Great.  Neville is a VERY good LA program.  Should be awesome game.

I think Farr will be good and Maumelle is a contender but Neville is a tall order for a first year coach.  Neville and Pine Bluff played in their hey day and split a few games.
