Yep, every dollar bought is a point, every 100 points is $.10/gal discount. Every week you can go online and fill out a survey and get 50 points, so every month you get $.20/gal off without additional spending. You are limited to a maximum of $1/gal off on 35 gallons.

Didn't know about the 50 point bonus.....Will have to start doing that.

Harps needs to do something like that.....been in the one in Dover just about every week since it opened...

The Harps in Jonesboro has some kind of loyalty/gas deal, but it doesn't add up like Kroger's does. I've never signed up for it as Krogers is closer and better. Yeah, True Believer mentioned it a few years ago and I can do it in my sleep, now.

Gas is edging up I guess because the 4th is Saturday.

And when we use our discount, we make sure to use as much of that 35 gallons as we can.  I imagine the sight of three cars in a row, all being filled up on the same purchase looks a but strange to some but I've seen more people doing this same thing at Kroger.

Ha ha we're all over that Harps ourselves HF.  We've found they're higher priced on a lot of things, but we really like the meat market / butcher shop.

Yeah, we usually just wait until two are empty to use the discount and 35 gallons.

I go for convenience.... used to go to the little store In hector but the owner got an attitude with my wife a month or so ago over some yogurt she was looking for.

We should see gas prices start falling soon!  Crude prices are back to $53/bbl, China's economy is down, Iran is coming back on line, USA is flush on supply.  Analyst are predicting .50 to .70 cent drop by fall.

Nah, it's 2X on points, and 200 pts from filling out the online surveys. So, about the normal $300/month at Kroger.
