Well, just think to who he's engaged to, she's not as pure as the driven snow. Also, he escaped jail as a teenager when a gun he'd bought for a friend was used in a murder, if I remember it correctly. It's a shame though, he's got a lot of talent.

PGA does not typically report on suspensions. However, they did come out and say that he was not suspended.
