About the Scholarship:
The Brandon Lee Crookham Memorial Athletic Scholarship is an award presented by Future Cardinals Football that can be used by the selected Harmony Grove High School senior for tuition and/or Expenses directly related to attending a college or university program leading to a bachelor's degree.

About Brandon Lee Crookham:
Brandon was born 4/30/99 and died 11/20/11 from injuries sustained in a go-cart accident. Brandon's short life can be summed up in the quote "And in the end it's not the years in our life, but the life in our years that count!" Brandon lived his short life to the fullest doing the things he loved. He played soccer, baseball, football, and basketball. He spent a lot of his free time fishing, go-cart riding, riding bikes and playing with his brothers. He was a percussionist in the Harmony Grove Band and active in his church. His life dream was to go to college to play as an Arkansas Razorback and to eventually play in the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys. When it came to sports, there were times he was told he was too small or overlooked because of his size, but instead of letting it discourage him it made him play harder and with more heart. In band, Brandon took great pride in learning the fundamentals of music and he practiced constantly striving to be the best he could be. Brandon took part in all activities his church offered and gave his life to God just a couple months before his death. Brandon loved his family and friends with a large heart, never passing a moment to make a friend, to help a stranger, to care about someone less fortunate, or to simply let those he loved know how much he loved them. His smile, carefree spirit, determination and tender heart and happy memories are all part of the legacy that he left behind.
