I can't imagine a team, coach, school, fan base being okay with that. Why lose to avoid playing a team that you would eventually have to play if you won?  Got to beat the man to be the man.

Right and NO fan base coach or player is ok with going into a game with losing on their mind but how many teams would love to get as far from ICC as possible lol only team that's wants to see ICC is the team in the finals.
