Pages Freezing up???

Is it just my slow computer at work, or does anyone else have problems with the pages loading slowly and briefly freezing up the IE window.  It's not my PC freezing up, because I can still switch to other applications with no problem.  When this happens, the Status Bar usually says "Waiting for http://pagead.l.google.com.....".  Then, after 30 seconds or so, the screen will scroll up and down, catching up on whatever mouseclicks I've done while waiting, and then I can continue reading or typing.

I've restarted my computer and that didn't seem to help.  It's really getting annoying.
