File Upload

Is there anyway to upload a file like an Excel file to the boards so others can download it?

I came across a copy of a neat helmet schedule for the 6A/7A high schools that I would like to share.

xcel files are not desirable on the board due to many things such as size and a danger of what could be in them. Can you copy and paste?
