Any thoughts on this since DD's hit dirt next weekend?

I don't think anyone really knows how they stack this year.  I there will be less difference between the top and the bottom with the overall conference down from last year.  If I were to classify the teams into the below categories, here's how I would put them:

Better than Last Year's Level:
ECU, SAU, ATU

Not at Last Year's Level:
SWO, SEO, UAM

Don't Know
HSU, NWO, OBU, SoNaz

Picked by GAC coaches to finish tied for last in the league standings this year, ATU is instead in sole possession of third place in the GAC entering the final weekend of regular-season play.

So what's the story?  Sounds like a pretty quick re-build, at least on paper!

Update 4/20 - A two-run walkoff home run with two outs in the bottom of the seventh from Ashley Keen give the Golden Suns the 5-4 win in game one over East Central (36-10, 20-6)!
