Harding center Bryce Bray, who will receive the Rimington Award as the best center in Division II football on Jan. 12, recently found out that he would receive another major award two days before that.

On Jan. 10, Bray will receive the Roaf Award, given to the best collegiate offensive lineman in the state of Arkansas. The award is presented by the Little Rock Touchdown Club and is named in honor of NFL Hall of Famer Willie Roaf.

Bray's 2018 awards include American Football Coaches Association first-team All-America and first-team All-GAC. He is one of only four players in Harding football history to earn all-conference all four seasons. Bray, a native of Rogers, Arkansas, started a school-record 50 games in his career, including all five of Harding's NCAA Division II Playoff victories.

Last year's Roaf Award winner was University of Arkansas center Frank Ragnow, now the starting center for the Detroit Lions.
