Seen Hunter Henry score the first touchdown of the game tonight as a San Diego Charger vs the Denver Broncos. Glad he is having success in the NFL. Great catch on the play.

Does anyone one have a list or know how many pa players went on to play college and how many made it to pro (if any besides hunter) ? I Think it would be interesting

They don't have many go to college. They're just a small 3A school with average athletes. It's their system that wins the games.

I'm almost certain all of their qbs go d-1. They've had some decent athletes get to the pros here and there I'm sure.

If my memory is correct, the two former Bruins to make it to the NFL are Jonathan Luigs and Hunter Henry.   Luigs played for the 2003 state championship team and was the Rimington Award winner while playing center for the Razorbacks.  His pro career was shortened by injuries.  Hunter also played on a state championship team and the Razorbacks and was the Mackey Award recipient.

Many Bruins go on the play college ball.  Some in DI, others in DII and DIII.  Of the top of my head, currently playing at the DI level are Jason King, OL for Perdue;Wil Hefley, QB at Tulsa; Will Jastings, K, WR for Auburn; Jeremy Brady, S at Tulsa.  Apologies to those I may have missed. Several more are at the others classifications.

No.  He is actually a very good field goal kicker.  He comes from a soccer background.

He's mostly playing receiver this year.

Also have 3 former O-linemen playing D-III.  Robert Ator, DE, is a freshman at Air Force this year and Tre Bruce is at West Point Prep.

The Thrash and Wallace brothers along with Broderick Green are a few others.

Man, heck of a system at PA! It actually creates D-1 players. I'm sold on it.

Well yeah. I mean that's why y'all are good i thought. Not because y'all have better athletes.

Stephen green went to North Carolina I believe.

Cruz Williams went to ULM?

John Aaron Rees walked on to U of A?

Yellowcake

Will Hastings walked on as a backup kicker at auburn. He is now a schollie WR for them. He played WR at PA. He's fast, football smart and can catch. He can also kick a 60 yd FG. He is also a wonderful kid.
