I believe there is a 3-way tie for 2nd right now.  Murfreesboro (Foreman by 10), Dierks (Springhill by 1) and Foreman (Springhill by 1) each have 1 loss.  Margin of defeat included for future tiebreaking purposes.  7AA South Regional should be a dandy.

In the top 4 of the conference:  Springhill still has to play Murfreesboro.  Murfreesboro still has SH and Dierks.  Dierks has Murfreesboro and Foreman. 

SH undefeated
Foreman 1 loss (SH by 1)
Dierks 1 loss (SH by 1)
Murfreesboro 1 loss (Foreman by 10)

Most likely scenario has SH winning the conference, winner of Dierks & Foreman in 2nd and loser in 3rd, and Murfreesboro in 4th.  But you never know.  Could end up with a 3-way tie for any of those slots.   

No disrespect to the other teams in the conference, but this was a 4-horse race from the start.  Gators were the favorite, but rankings/polls are for the fans. Now if Mother Nature will cooperate, it can all be settled on the field.

Murfreesboro beat Dierks 1-0.  Great defense by Murfreesboro.  Looks like they have bounced back from early season loss to Foreman.  New District standings look like::
Springhill 6-0
Foreman 5-1
Murfreesboro 4-1(2 games left)
Dierks 4-2(2 games left)
Then who knows after that.

Excellent game Friday between Outlaws & Rattlers.  Good defense by both teams and Rattlers got 2 timely hits with runners on base.  Outlaws couldn't string hits together. 

Dierks travels to Foreman today.  And Murfreesboro and Springhill play sometime this week.  Final district placement will be decided this week.

Barring any upsets from the bottom 4 in the conference, this will be the seeds going into the conference tournament.
