SAU Baseball announces dates for the 2014 Fall Instructional League

MAGNOLIA, Ark. – The Southern Arkansas baseball team has announced the dates for their upcoming 2014 SAU Baseball Fall Instructional League. Registration for the league is in full swing and has a registration deadline of September 19.

The high school fall league will consist of four teams with a maximum of 12 players per team. Teams will be coached by Mulerider baseball staff and players, and all games will be played on Sundays starting on October 5 at Walker Stadium at Goodheart Field on the campus of Southern Arkansas University.

Additional dates of the Instructional League are October 12, October 19, and October 26.

Registration is open to students in grades 9-12

The fall league gives students multiple opportunities to show off their talents at various positions. The focus of the league will be playing the game of baseball at a high level, playing the right way, and improving skills in a team setting.

Registration cost is $100 per student which includes a t-shirt. Interested parties can register by visiting www.muleridersbaseballcamps.com.
