What has happened to the media?

All year long it has been mistake after mistake by the media. I picked three this week for an example.

What's wrong with these three quotes?

From Hootens week 8

Yes I did, Had a 11oz prime rib with baked potato and green salad with ranch dressing. I enjoyed it very much.
Enjoyed the game as well. However the officiating was so horrible I was embarrassed for them. Those jokers locked themselves out of their locker room and couldn't't get back in a half time—they lost the key. That pretty much sums up their performance. But all in all it was a good night.
