No, just no. Mountain View is a really good team and as a fan of small classification football I root for stories like Mt View. Are they at that second tier of teams in 3A along with 6-8 other teams? That answer is yes! But are they a top 2 or 3 team in 3A really with a shot at a title? That answer is an obvious no.

If the seeding goes right mtn view won't face a Prescott or one of those top teams till its already semi finals. Maybe they lose then but if they elude those top teams they walk to the finals with ease.

There is your problem! There will be no such thing as an easy walk in playoffs for any team in the bracket!! Any team can have a bad night turning the ball over changes everything. I think any of the top 10 have for real possibility.

The 1-3A winner will have a good matchup against the 2 seed from the 2-3A in the second round most likely.... Maybe a Lamar/Paris 4 seed could beat HA, but not sure of that. So yes, I would say that the 1-3A winner is favored to the quarterfinals then most likely you play the 3-3A's two seed. That will be a very good game in the quarterfinals. Also, don't put it out of the question that Clinton beats you by 8 points and Elkins would get the 1 seed, Clinton the 2, and Mt View the 3 seed by the 3 way tiebreaker scenario. Don't count your chickens until they all hatch. Yes, Mt View has a pretty solid shot at the semis, but a lot can go wrong by then. I am rooting for that, but we really don't know yet.

I think the top three teams in 3a are solid, good offenses and defenses, 4-10 are good teams, but like beach bum said, all it takes is a couple of turnovers to change the game. There's a lot of good teams in 3a this year, but the top three Prescott, Charleston, and Glen Rose are just a notch above everyone else right now.

If things play out like it looks as of now Haskell Harmony Grove will be 5 seed from 5. You heard it here first they will beat the 1 seed from the one in the first round. My prediction.

The Twins were the playmakers, but Magazine had a good FB and great line that year. Several good players on that team. I think all the athletic females in that area synchronized their ovulation cycle at the same time.
