Piggott doesn't have large numbers, but they are indeed solid, disciplined, well coached, and all the other phrases you can come up with to describe a good football team. I didn't think they could beat Osceola by 5 touchdowns, but they sure proved me wrong. I haven't seen the Colts in person in two weeks, but they have obviously worked some things out. They will have to play solid ball to win this game, even at home. Piggott is no pushover, trust me.

Or like  7A 2014 State Champs Bentonville who started their season off 0-4!  Sometime winning a title is all about getting hot at the right time no matter what classification a team play in.

To answer the question, a complete new coaching staff in addition to losing the quarterback and entire offensive line. Under those circumstances it takes a while to get oriented. But don't count them out by the time playoffs come around.

Back to the Colts. Unless they have a completely new coaching staff in addition to losing the best running back in 3A, and possibly the best in any class, the comparison doesn't fly.

Young inexperienced players... #3 is a heck of a athlete and I agree he is the future of this team. But there's just to many mistakes being made right now.. Got a senior QB that you have at WR that lead them through the playoffs last year, made every throw he was asked to make.. #3 needs to be reciver and #7 needs to be taking most of the snaps.. you have to make the big time plays in big time games.. And the trick plays has got to go.. There's a time for that.. Not every time you wanna throw the ball.. If you wanna throw it line up and throw the ball.. The colts are shooting there selfs in the foot.. Hope they can figure something out next week..

Skill players out of position. And as usual play calling.  Sometimes a good athlete makes the bad play calling look good. Still great job by Piggott and their coaching staff. Nice game plan. #Regroup Colts it still a long season. .

I thought the colts played hard, especially in the 2nd half. They just got out man tonight.  # 6 and 32 only played 2 or 3 minutes in the first quarter before sitting the rest of the game out.  Yet, the colts still had their opportunities.  The players that filled in played hard.

These kids played there heart out.. That's not the problem.. Piggot is a very good football team. But the colts have so much more talent and potential then what they showed.. Have the right talent in the wrong positions..

nobody is worried about who's gettin carries.. Who's scoring... Blah blah blah.. 2 seniors scored tonight if I'm not mistaken.. If the young players are the playmakers then they need to show it on the field.. And not against Corning or another weaker team.. I agree they need to come together.. Quickly..
