This is from his mothers facebook post  "Dr Martin's nurse called and said Carson had no tears. He had a cyst in his knee that had been causing the pain and when he got hit the cyst ruptured and caused sudden intense pain. He can go ahead and play but he wants to see him back in the office and talk to him about what happened and discuss it. Can't make appt work until next Monday bc of his surgery schedule and our schedule. But he can play!! Hallelujah!!!"

Very good.  Glad it wasn't more serious.

Carson is a warrior and probably would have played with an injury, tough young man!!! Glad to hear!!

Glad to hear. Seems like a great kid and is a very savvy good player. Look forward to seeing him in the state tourney.

He's a great kid and has great parents. I was impressed with how the team responded, down their starting point gaurd, and captain. Went on the road and beat Nevada who played well, well enough to win the game.

Basketball aside it's always good to hear a kid isn't seriously injured.
