Anyone know of any Holiday Tournaments going on this season?  Please List here.  Only one I've seen listed is the Lendel Thomas Classic in Harrison.

The Bill Frye Classic in Mansfield has Booneville (only boys) and West Fork in it, along with Lamar and several good Oklahoma teams.

Booneville gets Arkoma, OK in first round and word is that the Mustangs love to run, they have already had games where they have scored 100 and 91.

who is usually the person over this event?

Wendell Robinson

I have no idea. Gravette has been going to this tournament for the last 5 or 6 years at least. Maybe longer.

MomaLion

We're signed up for the Pine Bluff tournament next week but I can't find a schedule anywhere.

You have 4 teams from the same conference in this tournament. That's not ideal...

Should be a win for Lamar. How many teams in this tourney?

10 boys, 8 girls.

Today's results:

Magazine girls over Mulberry
Mulberry boys pull away late, beat Magazine.
West Fork beats Waldron, both boys and girls.
Vian girls over Mansfield, and Vian boys beat Booneville. Bearcats' shots just not falling tonight.
Hackett girls over Arkoma
Lamar boys over Hackett, the Hornets gave them a battle for a while but talent told in the end.

Semis:  Girls--Magazine vs. Hackett, West Fork vs. Vian
Boys--Mulberry vs. Vian, West Fork vs. Lamar

Lamar will win their second tourney of the year.

They should. Vian is quick and has a bit of size but really only two scoring threats of significance.

Jc boys beat Nashville 65-59 to win Dual state tournament

1-Adam-12

The West Fork girls and Lamar boys win at the Bill Frye tourney in Mansfield.

WF had to come back to beat Hackett, while Lamar took Vian by 20.
