Guy has their district, no one can make much money on the regional and state tourney anymore; per school admin.

GFWS bid last year and didn't get it.  Hadn't been there in seven years, that would be great, or Harrison.  I bet Guy would like it at either place.

If Valley View doesn't get 5A state Bay may bid using Valley View's facilities.

Just read in an article from 2008 that it will hold 1,400.

the last time wsgf held state tourney  the seating was more than adequate, plus it has lots of walkway on all 4 sides.  Lots of lodging nearby as well as Heber Springs.   and lots of VRBO around the lake .   Excellent gym for large crowds.     I think should be held in class gym, they are the ones playing and invested their money to build it.  Not much reward for Class A  when it is moved out of your community and into a 3 or 4a gym.

Truth. From every gym I've been in in the 1a division gfws would be the the best,m as far as size inside, and lodging and food around it..
