On 103.7 "The Buzz" they said the # 1 Love Song as chosen by musicians was.............................. "He Stopped Loving Her Today", by George Jones.   Couldn't believe it.

I would have thought "Unchained Melody by the Righteous Brothers or or "Can't Help Falling in Love", by Elvis.

What is your # 1 love song?

I'll have to agree with you on that one!  I think my #1 would be REO SPEEDWAGON "Keep on Loving You"....that song is awsome!  My #2 would probably be one that most people haven't even heard because it isn't a song that was ever released and is just a personal favorite but "Underneath" by Jessica Simpson is one of my favorite songs ever!

WBF †

not sure if any of yall have heard it or not...but "WHY" by Jason Aldean. It's a real "apologetic" song about love and how he has done wrong. I LOVE IT!

Afro Pick

Bogey

INCLUDING "sappy" music, mine would probably be:

#1  - "Wonderful Tonight"...........Eric Clapton
#2  - "Sexual Healing".................Marvin Gaye
#3  - "Faithfully"..........................Journey
#4  - "Open Arms".......................Journey
#5  - "Let's Get it On".................Marvin Gaye

Those are some pretty good songs..............did ya'll get singing valigrams in high school on Valentine's Day? Your bf/gf would send you one in class, the choir would come in and sing the song to you. They pretty much sucked, but they just sang with the song in the player. Valentine's Day was just good cuz of all the interruptions, all day long. Took out of class time.

There are so many! All I can think of now, though, are "Far Away" by Nickelback...very sweet personal favorite..."Crazy for This Girl" by Evan and Jaron..."You and Me" by Lifehouse...and "I Will Always Love You" by Whitney Houston.

We actually do those and I believe there was only one person who got a song sung to them in class all day; it's primarily businesses that buy the songs and they singers travel around to sing it to them. I believe they started this past weekend and end today. They sing it a capella though, it's really a nice performance.

Put the words "in bed" at the end of these titles.  Kinda funny.

'Wonderful Tonight' is my wife's favorite all-time song, 'Amazed' is our song, and 'Can't Help Falling in Love' by Elvis is the greatest love song ever.

buffalofan5

"best of my love"--the eagles. or
"here by me"--3doors down.

Between those two.

I am also very partial to

"Let's Get Drunk and Screw"

oldreddie

Probably no one has heard of the Unigues, a group from Southern State College.  Their one and only album had a song called "All These Things".   Great song to slow dance to.
