I would not goes as far to say that, VB very well could be at the bottom of the entire 7A, not just the West.

This is a year of great hope for the pointers since they really do have a shot at the playoffs (6 of 8 get in). Can they beat two other conference opponents? Possibly.

6 teams don't belong and that teaches the kids that losing is okay.

That 6 of 8 is strictly on the 16 schools that make up the 7A.  It's there own rule.  The same is true for 6A.  They did for themselves.  And I do hate it.
