$2.24 at Wal-Mart this morning.  They were changing when I passed by on my way to work.  It's $2.20 at a gas station down the road about 3 miles.

I went to Dallas this weekend and the price ranged anywhere from $2.26 down to $2.09.  This was coming up through Oklahoma,  The cheapest was actually in Arkansas

It's still not cheap...that's what they've fooled us into thinking...when I see a 1 followed by a decimal and something like a 25 or a 50, that's what I call cheap.
