If you are a coach or in the coaching major in college, I recommend that you read The Football Coaching Bible. One of the best resources I have found. Every chapter written by a different college football coach. Includes guys like Joe Paterno, Jim Tressel, Bobby Bowden, Lou Holtz, Mack Brown, Tom Osborne, and Bo Schembechler. A lot of great stuff

Nip/Tusk

Chapter 1 - Hiring good assistant coaches and knowing what's going on in your program, Joe Paterno

Chapter 2 - Tattoos have to be paid for, Jim Tressel

Chapter 3 - Shoes have to be paid for, Bobby Bowden

Chapter 4 - Getting your message across with a lisp, Lou Holtz

Chapter 5 - Signing top recruits year after and year and failing to have substantial success, Mack Brown

It was released in 2001, and it has a chapter written by Jerry Sandusky. It's offensive playcalling.

I've had a copy for several years.   Great book and fine resource.
