The 5A South

This Friday 5A South play begins. 

1. Camden Fairview seems to be the same bird at the top.
2. Magnolia, Panthers have confidence. They could be scary.
3. White Hall, Bulldogs fight hard to make playoffs.
4. Hot Springs Lakeside, Rams have the O but no D !
5. Hope, The great pretenders better figure it out !
6. Watson Chapel at 0-3, can conference play be better
7. Hot Springs, could beat 5 teams in the South.
8. DeQueen, Soccer doesnt count yet !

1. CF-Not what they've been in the past, but the whole conference is down, and they're still top dog bird until someone proves otherwise.
2. Magnolia-It looks like Coach Panter is really making big strides with the Panthers.
3. White Hall-Hoping my boys can knock the panthers off next week.  I think they can, but this year's been kind ugly so far.
4a. Lakeside-They're supposed to be better this year, but I'm not sure I believe it yet.
4b. Hot Springs-They're actually better than the Rams, but no they don't believe it.  The last time the Trojans beat Lakeside, the current seniors were in 7th grade.
6. Watson Chapel-Yes, comparative scores is unreliable, but they looked much better against Nashville than Hope did. They could be better than the HS schools, but haven't shown it yet.
7. Hope-Oh how the mighty have fallen.  And in just one year.
8. DeQueen-The Leopards just want something to do until futbol season starts.
