Bryant beat NLR. Wanting to say they beat Cabot, but not sure if it was the varsity team in the tournament.

Cabot varsity beat Bryant in the Cabot/Beebe tournament in extra innings.

I can only speak for 7A West, but Rogers beat Bentonville by one in 11 innings. I would put Rogers and Bentonville even in 7A-West followed by Van Buren, Heritage, Fayetteville and Har-Ber. Springdale and both Ft. Smith schools are non-contenders this year.

At this point I'd put Bryant and Rogers over NLR since they both beat us. I'm not too worried at this point about those two beating us by one run each. Before too long Sidney Parr will be back from her injury. She's worth at least two runs a game. I have a feeling we'll be there at the end......

Yup. Bryant and Fayetteville are the two teams I hate losing to most. I hope we can get Bryant this time around.

Best of luck to both teams. Whoever can keep the 7A title in this part of the state is a win/win in my book.

I just hope for everyone's sake there aren't any worms or boards or ropes involved this time. (Inside joke that most outside of Saline County may not get.....but I couldn't resist)

Bryant will probably be the favorite cause they have 5 coaches ..I think that was the first high school softball team that I have ever seen with 5 coaches. Wow

I can't speak for the multitude of coaches though....but that is pretty funny.

Wasn't Fayetteville the last/ only to win a 7A state softball championship from NWA? I think they won two. I can't think of any others.
