Mcgehee won at Hamburg 71-45

thabeast428

Kinda young but same time just don't have a go to player like before but I think they will be pretty good especially later in the year. The girls should be tough tho

Was just wondering because they barely beat Warren and they are missing 4 starters.

thabeast428

Jc girls win against Hamburg 57-38

thabeast428

Jc boys win 55-41 over Hamburg

Still having to deal with the LA power rating system they use for their playoffs.  Kudos to Haynesville and Farmerville for having strong enough football programs to not worry about that in football.

The building issue has been addressed with the new gym.

Biggest problem is fewer small schools due to consolidation and the addition of other tournaments.

Hopefully the administration can retune the formula and grow the participant numbers over the next few years despite the challenges.  I believe it's one of the top ten tournaments nationally from a continuous years of operation standpoint.

Anyone know if there will be a live steam of the games at Dual State?

Was told preseason that all Dual State  games would be live streamed.

Should be the same as football:  http://www.ustream.tv/channel/jc-dragons-football

Finding announcers is usually the non-football challenge.  I think they've gone with just an open mike before but that's not overly attractive to potential sponsors.

I wouldn't be surprised if the webstream might be final's day only.
