I think they are in with Lincoln, Prairie Grove, Shiloh, Pea Ridge, etc and the other towns around NWA that have high schools in 4A/5A.

This made me wonder what West Fork will do next season. In the 1-3A I know what the junior high does is West Fork, Greenland, Elkins, and Cedarville all play each other twice for 6 games in conference and then play a "championship" game week 10.... Next year in the 4-4A there is no way West Fork travels down there on Thursdays. I figure they will stay where they are or join the 1-4A for junior high.

Do they play their entire 10 game schedule in conference games I assume?

Not sure how that's working out this year.

The teams are split in two divisions. Harrison dropped out this year so there's an odd number. Each team will play 9 regular season games then week 10 is Championship Week and the winners of each division play each other for the league championship. The rest of the games for week 10 will be the runners up playing each other, 3rd place, etc.

I'm pretty sure the first 4 games are considered non conference and the last 5 are the division opponents. I believe one division will have Springdale Central, Springdale George, Bville Black, Siloam Springs, Fville White and Rogers.

Last year the Central 8th grade went undefeated but not sure if many other teams had 8th graders playing up for 9th grade. Should be some good football.

West Fork's done it twice before; chances are, they will again.

The thing to note in this instance is that Robinson plays their JH games in the River City Conference, so WF will travel no farther than Pottsville for JH conference games. They would also benefit if Waldron is kept in the 4A-7. Another thing to watch is whether Subi or FS Trinity will be in the conference (they are rarely, if ever, in the same conference together).

Back on topic, it looks like Harrison will be going independent in JH play this year, with half their games against schools south of the Bostons.  Their next-to-last game has certainly piqued my interest...
